About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the ManiTheory website (manitheory.com) and to the booking and delivery of services by ManiTheory Beauty Studio Ltd (company registration IE 738291 K), Dundrum Rd, Dundrum, Dublin 14, D14 W895, Ireland.
By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book.
Services
ManiTheory provides cosmetic nail services including manicure, pedicure, gel nails, BIAB, nail art and nail extensions. All services are performed in-person at our studio in Dundrum, Dublin 14.
We do not provide medical, dermatological or podiatric services. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. If you have a nail or skin condition, consult a qualified medical professional.
Bookings
Submitting an enquiry via our contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from ManiTheory. Appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellation and no-shows
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without notice, may result in a charge or refusal of future bookings at our discretion.
Refunds
All services are final upon completion. No refunds are issued after a service has been delivered. We are not liable for natural nail damage that occurs after a correctly applied treatment due to factors outside our control (e.g. client picking at gel, external impact).
Prices
All prices shown on this website are starting prices in euros and are subject to change without notice. Final prices are confirmed at the time of booking or on arrival. Prices include any applicable VAT.
Website use
This website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free at all times. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content.
You may not use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site at any time.
