Appointments
All services at ManiTheory require a confirmed appointment. We do not accept walk-ins. Appointments can be requested via the contact form on this website or by calling +353 1 296 0240. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us — a submitted enquiry form is not a confirmed booking.
Same-day bookings
Same-day appointments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you need an urgent slot, please call us directly rather than using the online form, as phone enquiries are faster to process.
Cancellation and rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, affect our team significantly.

Late arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. The full appointment price applies regardless of time lost due to late arrival.
Refunds
All services are final upon completion. No refunds are issued after a service has been delivered. If you are unhappy with the result, please contact us promptly and we will discuss what is possible. Cosmetic nail services are inherently subjective — we encourage clients to communicate preferences clearly during the appointment.

ManiTheory provides cosmetic nail services only. We do not provide medical, dermatological, or podiatric treatments. If you have concerns about a nail or skin condition, please consult a qualified medical professional before booking.
Pricing
Prices listed on this website are starting prices. Final prices may vary based on nail length, condition, service complexity, or add-ons requested. Prices are confirmed at booking or on arrival. We do not charge hidden fees.
Right to decline service
ManiTheory reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service if, in the technician's professional judgement, proceeding would not be in the client's best interest — for example, where a nail condition suggests a need for medical assessment. This is not a guarantee of assessment and does not constitute medical advice.
